Yorkie Be Mine

As a buyer I understand that Yorkie Be Mine cannot absolutely guarantee the health of any puppy they sell. However, the purchaser may have the puppy they purchase examined by two unassociated veterinarians (vets/vet) in the first three (3) days after it is received. If it is diagnosed as being an unhealthy pet, in the opinion of both vets, the puppy will be replaced. We do not guarantee color, size, flaws that are not life threatening or the ability to reproduce. If the puppy was shipped, the seller will pay the expense of returning the puppy and the buyer the replacement shipping expense of the new puppy. The prompt return of the puppy must be accompanied by a written report from each vet who determined the puppy to be unhealthy. If the puppy is not returned within seven (7) days of diagnoses it is considered accepted as-is. No guarantees are given on dogs over a year old when they are sold.

Our guarantee does not cover hypoglycemia or diarrhea caused by stress or improper diets. We do not accept returns for hernias because they can be fixed for less than returning the puppy if it was shipped. Before shipping, a puppy will be vet checked for a health certificate and it will be checked for hernias and the buyer will be informed before the shipment if one is found. If the puppy should die before it is a year old, it will be replaced if an autopsy is performed and the cause was congenital, such as heart, liver or kidney failure. An autopsy report from the vet performing the autopsy must be supplied. If an autopsy is not performed this guarantee is void and the puppy will not be replaced. If a puppy must be replaced, it will be replaced with the next available same sex puppy of the same quality and the total expense of shipping will be paid by the buyer.

I understand that Yorkie Be Mine or its owner's will NOT under any circumstances make any refunds on puppies. I understand that I (the purchaser) will assume any and all vet costs and any other expenses that I might incur in connection with this puppy and will waive any cost what so-ever against Yorkie Be Mine and its owners. By signing, I agree that Yorkie Be Mine is not responsible for any vet bills I incur for any reason. I further understand that under no circumstance will I be entitled to a refund.

I understand that Yorkie Be Mine will mail this puppy's American Kennel Club (AKC) papers upon clearance of the buyer's check and the guarantee page signed and returned. Allow at least three weeks for this if the papers are back from the AKC. If the puppy is being shipped, it will only be shipped after it is paid for in full and payment has cleared.

This guarantee is non-transferable and therefore is void if the buyer whose name and signature appear below no longer owns the puppy. I understand that no other guarantees are either inferred or implied.
